At the top of the list on the left you will also find some useful general articles like What is cancer? and under Cancer General some quick tips to get you started and save you time hunting all over the internet. You can also quickly access any drugs that have been suggested by your oncologist. These general articles on cancer really will save you a lot of time.

Each Overview on each cancer will detail all the possible causes and all the treatments that are being used, not just in the UK but in countries like the USA, Russia and Japan. We receive over 60 newsletters from top worldwide cancer centres and we check it and then bring it straight to you, so that you can give yourself the very best chance of beating this disease. Some are 24 pages long so you may want to print off a copy and read it several times at your leisure.
You will also find links, for example to the latest news items, pulled from our magazine section Cancer Watch. These offer the latest research studies, science and therapies from all over the world.
If you do have a cancer, we urge you not to stop with this section. Go to prevention, go to treatments, and even read the stories of people who have beaten their cancers. This website is all about giving you highly useable information.
You may have an oestrogen driven cancer. So why not read Pillar II of the 4 Pillars of Cancer and find out all about it. (Come to think of it, you really should read all four!. They will tell you what factors might have caused - and might still be maintaining - your cancer). You might also to do well look at the sections on prostate or breast cancer? Elsewhere on the site you will find all about the effects of this hormone, and how you can do simple things to cut it out of your life. After all, that is what your doctor is trying to do.
