In case you hadn’t realised it already, the NICR has done the first nationwide audit into research funds and has acknowledged that, with less than 2 per cent of all funds spent on prevention, there is a big gap in funding research into why people get cancer. There is a strategy group being formed and our editor is happy to offer his services.
