Jessica Richards specialises in personal transformation and leadership mentoring. Using her unique Changing the Groundhog Day approach,(different place, different people but the same situation again!) developed over nearly 30 years and thousands of hours of one-to-one sessions, she helps people achieve significant change in both their personal and professional lives. Jessica received an award for inspiring The Academy For chief Executives at the Inspire conference in Oct 2006 and in 2009 was voted one of the top three speakers of the decade. For over 20 years, Jessica has practiced at her room in Harley Street where she facilitates her one to one sessions. The rest of the time she is on the road facilitating workshops and retreats as well as her Wolf Seminars at The Anglian Wolf Society in Bedfordshire.

In May 2007 Jessica was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and was recommended several months of chemotherapy, surgery with reconstruction, 6 weeks of radiotherapy and 5 years of drugs. After much investigation Jessica incrementally decided on an alternative pathway of care under medical supervision. Almost 10 years later shes fit and well. Her experience prompted her to write her first book The Topic of Cancer. An emergency manual for those having just received a cancer diagnosis regardless of their chosen pathway of care. Its packed with practical ideas and includes interviews with her breast cancer consultant and other members of her Medical The rest of the time she is on the road facilitating workshops and retreats as well as her Wolf Seminars at The Anglian Wolf Society in Bedfordshire.

Jessica is the author of The Topic of Cancer, an inspired and practical guide that will help you take control when faced with cancer.
